Study on the Internal Stress of Military Plastic Packing Box in Injection Molding Process

Abstract: In recent years, with the wide applications of engineering plastics in military packaging area, how to ensure the product quality of engineering plastic packaging box had become an important issue. There are many ways to form a plastic box in which the injection molding was one of the main molding methods. According to statistics, 70% to 80% of the engineering plastics, more than 30% plastic products were processed by injection molding. But in the injection molding process, the plastic internal stress seriously affect the quality of the product, it is necessary to analyze the causes of internal stress, influencing factors and improvement measures. Aiming at the hazards of internal stress on the injection products, it studied to reduce and eliminate the internal stress.
